October is a very busy month in the art world - once again a cooler air has blown in, crackling with purpose ahead of a few busy weeks of fairs, exhibition openings and events.
I started as I mean to go on yesterday, taking in the MA interim show at the Slade, dipping into a few shows on Redchurch Street and then some open studios in Shoreditch. My visual feast concluded in the studio of Eemyun Kang, where I let the energy from her paintings engulf me.
Amongst the many wonderful things I saw yesterday was work by Kyounghee Noh at the Slade. Her piece, Crack (shown above) had me at hello and I can't wait to see more.
